Maintenance and inspections
With fire alarm systems, it is important for the manager of the system to ensure that the management, monitoring and maintenance of the system is done properly. Dutch law: NEN 2654-1 provides instructions and requirements for this. The results are incorporated into a report by a qualified maintenance professional after the annual maintenance is performed and then provided with a maintenance certificate. This certifies that the control functions meet the requirements as stated in the Program of Requirements.
The user must designate one or more persons trained as administrators (internal or external). What do I need to check?
